                 A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE AWARD OF CONTRACT
                 NO. TS-1-98, TRAFFIC SIGNAL INSTALLATION,
                 WILDER STREET AT DODSON AVENUE AND DODSON
                 AVENUE AT GLASS STREET, TO W. C. TEAS COMPANY
                 FOR THEIR LOW BID IN THE AMOUNT OF THIRTY-SEVEN
                 THOUSAND, FIFTY-FIVE AND 56/100 DOLLARS
                 ($37,055.56).
                
                
                                                    
                
                
       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, that there be and is hereby authorized 
the
       award of Contract No. TS-1-98, Traffic Signal Installation, 
Wilder
       Street at Dodson Avenue and Dodson Avenue at Glass Street, to W.
       C. Teas Company for their low bid in the amount of $37,055.56.
